The following is how you can check the payment details and order number in your respective store.

* The format of the order number for each store is as follows.
- Google Play Store: Transaction ID ("GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000")
- Apple App Store: Order ID (a 10-digit serial number that starts with the letter "M" and consists of numbers and letters)

■ Google Play Store (AOS)
The order number (Transaction ID) for the Google Play Store can be checked through the following method.
- Log into Google Payments [Google Payments]
https://pay.google.com/payments/u/0/home
- Log into the Google account you wish to check and go to "Subscription & services" → "View transaction" to check the purchase history.
* "GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000" is the order number (Transaction ID) format that is used.

■ Apple App Store (iOS)
The Order ID for the Apple App Store can be checked through the following method.
[Checking From Your PC]
- After you boot your PC and run iTunes, go to [iTunes Purchase History] to check the payment record and Order ID.

[Checking From Your Mobile Device]
- From your device, go to [Settings] → Profile area on top → [Purchase History] → Check the payment record and Order ID
* The Order ID is a 10-digit serial number that starts with the letter "M" and consists of numbers and letters. It is written on the top right side of the payment list.
