Push notification rewards can be checked in the Mailbox.

If the reward cannot be found in the Mailbox, likely, the reward was likely already collected simultaneously upon receiving the push notification.

Please note that at times the reward is distributed sequentially and sometimes may arrive before the push notification is received. If you have acquired the reward before the push notification arrived, you may not collect the reward even if you have logged into the game via push notification.
