Tap and open the Club menu on the bottom of the main screen.

[How to Join]
If you are not part of a Club, you can view a list of Clubs to join by tapping the Join button.
There is a button that allows you to easily search for the Club that you wish to join as well.
Look for a Club that you wish to join and send a request.

※ If the Club requires approval and is not "free to join," the player with authority in the Club must approve to join.
If you have left a Club, at least 24 hours must pass by for you to join another one.

[How to Create]
If you are not part of a Club, you can create one by tapping the Create button.
A Club is created after you decide on the name, emblem, nation, and notice.

※ After creating a Club, additional currency may be required if you wish to rename it or reselect the emblem or flag for it. Please think it through before deciding.
